Claims for missing, wrong or products with manufacturing defect will not be entertained without proper package opening video. Package opening video should be unedited and should display the package slip and each products. Verification of the video will be done by expert team of INDIArcade.

INDIArcade provides no warranty, either express or implied with respect to any product, and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including, without limitation, warranties for  merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for any particular purpose.  INDIArcade sole obligation and liability for product defects shall be, at INDIArcade option, to replace or issue store credit only against any manufacturing defect (Manufacturing defect will be solely decided by INDIArcade)  to buyer.  In no event shall INDIArcade exceed the buyer’s purchase price.
